What we collect
When you use ViralClaw, we collect the information you provide: your email address, name (optional), profile screenshots, bio text, and content examples you submit for analysis. We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, features used) and basic device information.
How we use it
Your data is used to run AI-powered profile analyses, generate content, track your usage limits, and improve the quality of our analysis engine. We use your inputs to produce outputs — that's the product. We do not train external AI models on your data.
We do not sell your data
Your profile data, generated content, and analysis results are yours. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing (they handle card data — we never see your full card number), Anthropic for AI analysis, and standard infrastructure providers (AWS). Each has their own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We use basic analytics to understand how people use the product. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. You can export your data by contacting us. If you're in the EU, you have rights under GDPR — we respect all of them.
