What ViralClaw is
ViralClaw is an AI-powered content analysis and generation platform. You provide profile data, we analyze it and generate content suggestions. The platform is a tool — results depend on your inputs, your niche, and your execution.
No guarantee of results
We provide analysis, scores, and content suggestions. We do not guarantee specific engagement numbers, follower growth, or viral outcomes. Content performance depends on many factors beyond our control including platform algorithms, timing, audience, and execution quality.
Acceptable use
You may use ViralClaw for personal and commercial content creation. You may not: use automated scraping or bots against the platform, resell access to the service without permission, use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system.
Your content
Content you generate using ViralClaw is yours. You own the posts, hooks, and strategies produced for you. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our analysis engine.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your plan continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case. Free plan users are subject to monthly usage limits that reset each billing cycle.
Limitation of liability
ViralClaw is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
